Kauther Yahya (supervisor from the board)
Hi everybody, my name is Kauther Yahya and I am the supervisor of the most amazing committee there is, the Freshmen Committee of course. This committee, now better than ever, will show the members of FAECTOR what good activities really are. Keep an eye out for all our activities.
Anne de Weerdt (chairman)
Hi! I am Anne, obviously I still cannot let go of the Freshmen Spirit and therefore have become the Chairman of the new Freshmen Committee. After having spent a year in the wonderful FC I could no longer imagine not being part of FAECTOR while being a student. I am hoping to create a nice group atmosphere in which everyone can explore their skills, be creative and hopefully become good friends! The best Committee is FC, everybody will agree!
Christiaan van den Berg
Hi there! I'm Christiaan van den Berg, an 18-year-old guy from the small but since September 2012 relatively well-known village of Haren, Groningen (hence I have some proper Project X experience...). As a first-year BSc2-student, I am absolutely thrilled to be a member of the wonderful Freshmen Committee 2015-2016. Besides university, I like to play tennis, read and travel. I am looking forward to organising fantastic activities for all freshmen and having lots of fun and "gezelligheid". See you around!
Niels Bos
Hi, my name is Niels Bos. I just started the study of econometrics and I have joined the Freshmen Committee of 2015-2016. I love doing and watching all kinds of sports, having fun with my friends and attending some great parties once in a while. I look forward to the coming year and I hope to see all of you at our upcoming events!
Ankie An
Hi, my name is Ankie An. I am a first year student and I am psyched to be a member of the Freshmen Committee. Besides studying, I spend my time watching series, playing sports or sleeping. I could have introduced myself like James Bond I suppose.
Duco Mülder
Hi! My name is Duco Mülder and it's my first year in the Bachelor Squared programme and I'm in the freshmen committee. Apart from swimming, I like everything dry; weather, humour and wine. The Dalai Lama, Thorbecke and Louis van Gaal inspire me.
Michaela Trinks
Hi everyone! I am Michaela, a 19 years old Munich girl. Coming from an Irish boarding school I am an open-minded and outgoing person. Travelling, enjoying sports like Karate and running or just having a good time with friends is my way to forget about all those exciting econometrics formulas☺.
I am looking forward to getting to know everyone, planning memorable events and improving International and Dutch bonds together with the EC members.

Hi, my name is Karl. I am one of the new German members of the amazing Freshmen Committee this year. I’m doing the double bachelor program here at EUR.
