This is the third in a series of articles in which we present all new committees that started in February. We asked everyone to tell something about themselves and to answer two of our 'nice' questions and two of our 'awkard questions'. The Sports Committee is new this year and will organise the Landelijk Econometristen Sport Toernooi and the FAECTOR ski trip.

What are you secretly a fan of:
Frozen! Elsa, Anna, Sven and of course Olav! This movie has the best songs ever and is for young and old. The movie even has an underlying meaning. If you want to know what it is, just watch the movie yourself: success guaranteed.
What is your favourite karaoke song?
Maybe you already expected it, but it is a Frozen song: "Do you want to build a snowman". It was a hard choice because all songs are so amazing, but this one really reflects my life. I love building snowmen, but there is never anybody willing to join me...

What is the worst failure in your life?
I was once singing in the shower, but I forgot the lyrics of "Let it go". Such a disappointment, I will never forgive myself!!!
Marie-Sophie Graftiaux

Hello, my name is Marie-Sophie Graftiaux (yes it is a bit long and very hard to remember), I am 19 years old and in the first year of my studies. I love skiing and even more après-skiing. What I am most looking forward this year is the LEST and the Ski Trip of course. My favourite karaoke song (and I hereby thank my committee for introducing it to me) is “Dicke Titten Kartoffelsalat”!
The most awkward moment of my life was realising I really managed to drop my phone in a cup of tea (does that even fit?!! Well I tried it out!!). And of course the sexiest FAECTOR member is Nynke Algera (It’s always useful to bribe the Estimator…you never now what they might write about you).

My name is Wouter Hustinx and I am in my third year. I was raised in the best part of the Netherlands (Limburg, Heerlen), with the most delicious food: vlaai. Besides studying I play rugby at the Rotterdamse Studenten Rugby Club and I am a member of the investing society B&R Beurs. Daan Wimmers
Everyone was searching for me and the cops had already sent out an SMS alert
Hello, my name is Daan Wimmers. I’m currently 19 years old and I’m a first-year BSc2 student. I live in a house near Coolhaven since a few months, together with Jasper & Niels, our fellow FAECTOR members. My hobbies are skiing, playing soccer, listening to music and, of course, mathematics. Since a couple of weeks, I’m in charge of the external affairs of the sports committee, which will organise this year’s LEST and the FAECTOR ski trip in 2017.

What is your worst drunk story?
Once I had a staff party with free beer (here it already starts going the wrong way). The special guest of the evening was the Dutch rapper of ‘De Jeugd van Tegenwoordig’, Willie Wartaal. His condition to come and perform was that he wanted a huge bottle of vodka. After performing, Willy proposed to start chugging glasses of vodka together, which in the end made me extremely wasted. On the way home I fell off my bike 15 times (at least that’s what I heard). I woke up in my mom’s former house, which was not yet sold by that time. However, we already lived together with our stepfamily in another house for several months. The fact that I didn’t come home that night made my mom so worried that she called the cops, telling them that I was missing. That night, apparently, everyone was searching for me and the cops had already sent out an SMS alert. In the morning they found me in my mom’s bed with all my clothes still on, in the house where I hadn’t slept for months. The front door of the house was still completely open. A friend of mine lost his phone that night. I found it back a couple of weeks later in the couch in my mom’s house.

My name is Tessa, I am 18 years old and currently in the first year of the international course. In my free time I like to play sports (at the moment I am rowing at Skadi) but I also love basketball. Other hobbies are reading, watching series, baking, shopping and seeing friends.

I am really looking forward to both the LEST and the ski trip. I hope that by then we can say it was/is a success and see all of our hard work pay off!
What was the most awkward moment of your life?
In the first block of this year I locked myself out of my room in the morning. But I had tutorial at 9 AM which I couldn't miss because of attendance and the bonus question, so I had to go to uni. Which meant I ended up sitting in tutorial in my pyjamas...
What was the worst failure in your life?
Failing for my driver's test for the third time because of parking in front of a driveway.
